01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p444" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at p444.cam, operated under an international online gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the p444 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related applications or services.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered a p444 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by completing the p444 registration process.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a p444 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free spins credited to an account, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Services" means all products offered by p444 including sports betting, live betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and all related features.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable anti-money laundering standards.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p444 Platform, creating a p444 Account, or using any of the Services provided by p444, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the p444 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 03 Account Registration

To access real-money Services on p444, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all p444 accounts:

• You may hold only one (1) p444 account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Pakistani mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any change in your details must be reported to p444 support promptly.
• p444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during or after registration.
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

04 Age Verification & Eligibility

p444 takes its age verification obligations seriously. The following conditions apply:

• p444 will conduct age and identity verification checks using the information and documents provided by the User. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other valid government-issued identification document.
• Pending completion of satisfactory age verification, p444 may restrict access to certain Services, suspend withdrawal capability, or place the account in a restricted state until verification is confirmed.
• Where p444 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under the age of 21, or where a User cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, p444 will close the account, return any deposited funds where legally permissible, and report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority where required.
• Any winnings generated by an underage User may be forfeited in their entirety.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your p444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your p444 Login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any person acting on your behalf.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your p444 account.
• You must notify p444 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, loss of credentials, or any other security breach involving your account.
• p444 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, subject to applicable law.
• p444 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows signs of compromise, unusual access patterns, or suspicious activity, pending further investigation.

06 Deposits & Payments

p444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, USDT (TRC-20), and Visa/Mastercard. The following conditions govern all p444 deposits:

• All payment methods used to deposit into your p444 account must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity details on your p444 account.
• p444 does not accept deposits from third parties, anonymous payment sources, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• p444 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your p444 wallet are not interest-bearing. p444 does not pay interest on any funds held in player accounts.
• p444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that p444 reasonably believes to be connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your p444 account is subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. p444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform — typically within one (1) hour for JazzCash and EasyPaisa on verified accounts, and within two (2) to four (4) hours for bank transfers.
• p444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large or where account activity warrants additional scrutiny.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.
• p444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

p444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All p444 bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements which must be met before bonus funds may be withdrawn. The standard sports welcome bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement; the casino welcome bonus carries a 12x wagering requirement. Cashback credits carry zero wagering.
• Each promotional offer is available for one claim per player, household, device, and IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free spins have expiry periods. Unclaimed bonuses and free spins that expire before use are forfeited automatically.
• p444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any such amendment will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to account duplication, coordinated betting patterns, or hedging bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• p444 reserves the right to apply any bonus winnings towards outstanding wagering requirements before processing a withdrawal where a player has active bonus funds at the time of a withdrawal request.

09 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activities on p444, including PSL cricket betting, football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. p444 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless p444 itself has made an obvious error in the odds displayed.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered at p444's discretion. p444 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or remove any in-play market at any time without notice.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum play time required for bets to stand (as stated in sport-specific rules), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your p444 wallet.
• p444 reserves the right to void bets where there is credible evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised — including but not limited to spot-fixing, match-fixing, and other corrupt conduct. p444 co-operates with relevant sports integrity bodies and regulatory authorities in such investigations.
• p444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at any time, including retroactively where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. The original stake will be returned to your p444 account.

10 Casino & Slots

The following terms apply to all p444 Casino and Slots products, including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and all slot machine titles:

• All casino games and slot titles offered on p444 are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game's outcomes are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited for fairness by recognised independent testing laboratories.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Connection interruptions during a live game round are governed by each provider's specific disconnection policy, details of which are available in the respective game lobby.
• p444 reserves the right to void any casino game round that was affected by a material software malfunction or error. In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to the player's p444 account.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Playing above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

11 Responsible Gaming

p444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which the Platform will automatically log you out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been logged in and the net result of your session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which access to real-money gaming is blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from all p444 gambling services for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting the issue to p444 support.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p444 staff, other players, or third parties through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

13 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the p444 Platform — including but not limited to the p444 brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, game content, text, images, graphics, audio, and video materials — are owned by or licensed to p444. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of p444.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the User. Your licence to use the Platform is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at p444's discretion.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or delays beyond p444's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to account security obligations.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures outside p444's direct control.

p444's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Amendments to These Terms

p444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details held on their p444 account — either by SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or by notification displayed upon their next p444 Login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Users who do not agree with any amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting p444 support. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p444 holds its international online gaming licence.

You agree that any dispute between you and p444 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction grants you the right to bring proceedings locally, in which case such rights are not affected.
